The Auberge des Gorges prides itself in its traditional, family-style cooking, including a number of specialities: Picodons (goat's cheese) caillettes de l'Ardèche (pork rissoles) frog's legs, shellfish fricassée, trout, pike-perch, filet mignon of pork with chestnuts, pan-fried foie gras, etc.
